GANJA JUSTICE

‘Cannabis Laws, Our Civil Rights & How It Affects Us’

THIS EVENT IS HELD & INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY  FOR AFRO INDIGENOUS POC  TO ADEQUATELY ADDRESS ISSUES AFFECTING OUR COMMUNITIES.

Join us for another dynamic & informative evening on the changing atmosphere around cannabis laws, our civil rights, how it affects our health, wealth and economic base as diverse indigenous communities and individuals. There is great disparity in equity not only around cannabis laws but our current plight and need for autonomy in access, production, process, enterprise and regulation of indigenous sacrament and traditional medicines. We assess models of sovereignty or an addition of a 3rd tier of regulation towards inclusion and adoption of a structure that capacitates values that benefit all Ontarian’s and Canadians to answer these concerns.

We are hoping that by discussing these concerns we will have a better understanding of what we are seeking as a community and how we may go about claiming these civil rights and liberties in a legal manner.
